When you sign up we store your email, name, and the data you create inside the app: BOLT scores, session completions, journal reflections, and subscription status. We do not sell your data.
Your data powers your practice — streaks, history, coach feedback, and account management. Aggregated, anonymous usage may be used to improve the product.
Only you and your assigned coach (if any) can view your personal practice data. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
You can export, correct, or permanently delete your data at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion is irreversible and removes all sessions, scores, reflections, and account records.
