Hi, I'm the coach behind Bell & Breath.
I built Bell & Breath after years of coaching breath, movement, and recovery in person. The same protocols I use with one-to-one clients — founders, athletes, parents — are now in the app, structured so anyone can practise consistently without overwhelm.
My philosophy is simple: small, well-paced practices done often beat heroic sessions done rarely. You don't need to overhaul your life. You need a reliable way back to a settled nervous system.
